I am a wellbeing consultant for private and institutional clients.
I design and implement mindfulness-based wellbeing programs for private and institutional clients. These programs harness the transformative effects of mindfulness and other evidence-based wellbeing practices to develop qualities such as self-compassion, creativity, and vulnerability.
These programs are designed to teach you how to be more present, engaged and satisfied in every area of your life. They are taught in a simple, practical, evidence-based way so they can be easily grasped and seamlessly integrated it into your personal life or workplace.
I have designed and implemented wellbeing programs throughout the world. My clients have included Fortune 500 corporations, nongovernmental organisations, health providers, universities and schools in the United States, Mexico and Australia.
I have extensive expertise in evidence-based wellbeing approaches. I have a Masters in Human Development, and a variety of specialist trainings in wellbeing practices. I am certified in Mindfulness Facilitation (TMF) and in Mindfulness Awareness Practices (MAPs), having completed the certification programs by UCLA’s Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behaviour, where I studied under leading medical researchers, neuroscientists and contemplative practitioners.
I completed a separate certification in Mindfulness Facilitation at Mindful Schools, under leading researchers and practitioners on the integration of mindfulness in education.
I am currently a Teacher-in-Training for the Mindfulness Self-Compassion (MSC) program, having completed my teacher training through the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, and the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness.
